By using aperfectcareer.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. A Perfect Career is operated by Aaron Good. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this directory is — and isn't

The Site is an informational directory of career counselors and coaches. Profiles are provided to help you find practitioners; they are informational only. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any individual counselor, and a listing — including a Verifiedbadge — is not a warranty of anyone's qualifications, services, or results. The Verified badge means only that we checked a credential or focus at a point in time.

Nothing on the Site is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Any engagement you enter with a counselor is solely between you and that counselor.

Featured listings

Counselors may purchase a featured listing. Payment is processed by Stripe. Listings run for the period stated at checkout and do not auto-renew — to cancel or not renew, simply email us. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the Site, and don't submit false or infringing information. We may remove listings or restrict access at our discretion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Perfect Career is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any interaction with a listed counselor.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
